Nathan came out today to take care of a blocked drain in the bathroom. It turned out to be a much bigger problem with a broken underground pipe and a ruptured gas line. Nathan didn't waste any time and called the gas company and had them arrive within the hour. He showed me the footage of the broken pipe and ruptured gas line from the camera he sent down the drain. Explained to me what the next steps are and reassured me that the gas will be repaired the same day and he will come back to fix the pipe once the gas was fixed. Lifesaver. Literally!
